We want you to love your Buffr. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are subject to a $5 processing fee
- Once approved, refunds typically process within 1-3 business days, depending on your bank
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for size changes only
- Exchange availability is subject to inventory
U.S. exchanges: No fee
International exchanges: A small $5 exchange shipping fee may apply and will be shown during the exchange process.
